Dr. Lucinda Garcia was born in Weslaco, Texas and spent her childhood growing up in Rio Grande Valley.  In 1999, she graduated from the University of Texas-Pan American with a degree in biology. She continued on to Baylor College of Dentistry, where Dr. Garcia earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2003

Dr. Garcia has a keen interest in cosmetic dentistry and keeps up with the latest dental developments through continuing education, including courses in Invisalign, Lumineers and conscious sedation. She also enjoys volunteering her services to help the underprivileged, as exemplified by her mission trips to Mexico.

Dr. Garcia joined Parmer Lane Family Dentistry in 2007 and her professional membership associations include the ADA, the Texas Dental Association, and the Capital Area Dental Society.

Dr. Garcia enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Efren, son Joshua, and their dogs Maverick and Chloe.
